Mr. Ajaypal Singh Parmar is a self-made entrepreneur, visionary leader, and philanthropist whose journey from a small town in Madhya Pradesh to becoming the Founder and Chairman of KM Group is a testament to resilience, foresight, and unwavering commitment. Born in Chhatarpur, he hails from a reputed, well-educated family and holds a Master’s degree in Science and a Bachelor’s in Law from Rewa University. Despite not coming from a business background, his enterprising spirit led him into the mining industry in 1985, where he established a name synonymous with trust, quality, and innovation across multiple sectors — including mining, construction, manufacturing, and automobiles.

Known for his integrity, strong work ethic, and people-centric approach, Mr. Parmar has not only built a successful business group but has also consistently given back to society through education and community upliftment. He believes that true progress lies in empowering the next generation, and it is this belief that inspired him to establish The Gyanam School.
